iTour IDP is a computer based interactive display program used as a sales tool in sales centers. The iTour IDP delivers a more informative and detailed home shopping experience than the traditional static displays that have been used. With iTour IDP the buyer is taken on a visual information tour through all the key features of a builder's development and surrounding community.
Illustrated Floor Plans
iTour IDP Floor Plans allow the buyer to view illustrated floor plans in either standard or reversed views. The buyer can also select room options to create custom floor plans and print them out. Renderings of the elevations offered for each floor plan can be viewed and are also reversible and printable.
Area Map
iTour IDP Area Map displays the major points of interest surrounding community such as schools, shopping, airports, recreation, hospitals, entertainment, etc. Each point of interest is displayed on this interactive map and can be enhanced with photos or video played on screen when selected.
Site Map
iTour IDP Site Map permits the buyer to view all the lots offered in the builder's community. The buyer can view specific information about each lot such as availability, floor plan and elevation designation and options. The buyer can view a rendering of the home designated for a particular lot or search for the location of a desired floor plan easily.
Other Features
Other iTour IDP features include Builder Story, Community Story and Features / Amenities List. All these can also be enhanced with photos or video played on screen when selected.
